Honestly, by observing this person A up a certain distance x, and having him or her fall for you to a point on the same plane as you are on (must be done out of A’s volition and under the assumption that this person’s air resistance is negligible, to be classified correctly as “free fall”).
sqrt(2X/9.8) = time it takes for A to fall for you. Tama ba?
